Paula Birtch, Registered Psychotherapist - qualifying

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. There are times in our lives that we can benefit from being with another in safe, nurturing, connected space. I am passionate about cultivating such spaces where you can share your story, learn, and be empowered to lean into the voice of your own body, mind, and intuition. My personal and professional experiences have influenced specialized training in family systems, mood & personality disorders, adoption, grief & loss, trauma, life transitions, perfectionism, gender & sexuality, and existential/spiritual/religious concerns.

In a fusion of classic talk therapy with a nervous-system-informed focus, mindfulness, and self-compassion, I work with individuals to co-create a personal therapy experience. All parts of you are welcome and together, we can work to holistically digest challenging experiences, honour your internal wisdom, and re-write narratives that no longer serve you.

You are the expert of you; I believe that you are your own healer and my role is to support you, so that you can move through your journey with occasional guidance, skills, and resources along the way! Holding space for other humans in their life’s journey is my greatest honour. I’m here when you’re ready and we can just meet to see if we are a good fit.
