A Bit About Me
Hi, I’m Sandra Graham.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) here in London, Ontario, with a special focus on supporting individuals and families navigating mood disorders, personality disorders, and the emotional challenges that come with them. I hold a Bachelor of Science, a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and certification in Neuropsychology for Counselling. I’m also a proud member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
In my work, I combine talk therapy with body-based approaches—because healing doesn’t just happen in the mind. I believe in the deep connection between our thoughts, our bodies, and our emotions, and I use that lens to help clients move toward greater balance and self-understanding.

My space is warm, nonjudgmental, and safe. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relational struggles, or something that feels hard to put into words, you’re welcome here. I’ll walk beside you, at your pace, with curiosity, respect, and compassion.

I’m currently accepting new clients, and I’d be honoured to support you on your journey toward healing and wholeness.
Take the first step. You're not alone.
A meaningful approach to healing- Book With Sandra Now!
Sandra’s work is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t come from pressure, but from presence — meeting clients where they are and offering support that feels grounded and compassionate. Whether through conversation, movement, or creative expression, Sandra helps clients uncover the blocks keeping them stuck and gently guides them toward insight, growth, and lasting change.

A Note From Sandra
Whatever brought you here, I’m truly glad you’ve arrived. We all need a safe space to untangle our thoughts and emotions without judgment. If you're in a painful relationship and worry that therapy might push you to leave too soon—or stay when you're ready to move on—know that I won’t do that. I’ll meet you where you are, with compassion and without pressure. I have deep understanding and respect for those navigating mood or personality disorders, and I’m honoured to support you through whatever you're facing.

~ Sandra G.
Personality disorders can lead to intense emotions and behaviors that feel difficult to control. While these challenges can cause internal pain, it’s important to remember they’re not anyone’s fault—it’s simply how the brain is wired.
