A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Sandra Graham.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) here in London, Ontario, with a special focus on supporting individuals and families navigating mood disorders, personality disorders, and the emotional challenges that come with them. I hold a Bachelor of Science, a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and certification in Neuropsychology for Counselling. I’m also a proud member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

In my work, I combine talk therapy with body-based approaches—because healing doesn’t just happen in the mind. I believe in the deep connection between our thoughts, our bodies, and our emotions, and I use that lens to help clients move toward greater balance and self-understanding.

My space is warm, nonjudgmental, and safe. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relational struggles, or something that feels hard to put into words, you’re welcome here. I’ll walk beside you, at your pace, with curiosity, respect, and compassion.

I’m currently accepting new clients, and I’d be honoured to support you on your journey toward healing and wholeness.

Take the first step. You're not alone.

A meaningful approach to healing- Book With Sandra Now!

Sandra’s work is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t come from pressure, but from presence — meeting clients where they are and offering support that feels grounded and compassionate. ~ Sandra G.

Personality disorders can lead to intense emotions and behaviors that feel difficult to control. While these challenges can cause internal pain, it’s important to remember they’re not anyone’s fault—it’s simply how the brain is wired.

Understanding Personality Disorders.

Therapy offers a safe space to explore these feelings and learn healthier ways to manage them. Progress takes time, and small steps in therapy can make a significant difference.

With patience, support, and the right tools, recovery is possible. At Authentic Living London, we are here to help you build a path toward emotional well-being and a brighter future.
