A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Sandra Graham.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) here in London, Ontario, with a special focus on supporting individuals and families navigating mood disorders, personality disorders, and the emotional challenges that come with them. I hold a Bachelor of Science, a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and certification in Neuropsychology for Counselling. I’m also a proud member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

In my work, I combine talk therapy with body-based approaches—because healing doesn’t just happen in the mind. I believe in the deep connection between our thoughts, our bodies, and our emotions, and I use that lens to help clients move toward greater balance and self-understanding.

My space is warm, nonjudgmental, and safe. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relational struggles, or something that feels hard to put into words, you’re welcome here. I’ll walk beside you, at your pace, with curiosity, respect, and compassion.

I’m currently accepting new clients, and I’d be honoured to support you on your journey toward healing and wholeness.

Take the first step. You're not alone.

~ Sandra G.

Personality disorders can lead to intense emotions and behaviors that feel difficult to control. While these challenges can cause internal pain, it’s important to remember they’re not anyone’s fault—it’s simply how the brain is wired.

Understanding Personality Disorders.

Grief is Messy: A Conversation About Loss and Healing

Grief, Healing & the Power of Listening
On this episode of Mental Breakthroughs, host Patricia Wu welcomes grief counsellor and psychotherapist Gabrielle Ferguson for an honest conversation about the complexities of grief. Together, they explore how loss impacts the mind and body, the healing role of therapy, and why simply listening—without trying to fix—is one of the most powerful ways we can support someone in pain.

Grief is not one-size-fits-all—it’s a deeply personal journey. Therapy offers a safe space to process emotions, make meaning, and begin healing. And for those walking beside someone in grief, showing up with compassion and presence can mean more than any advice.

Tune in for insight, connection, and gentle encouragement for wherever you are in your own journey.

Our Belief About Grief

Grief is not something to fix—it’s something to support.

At Authentic Living London, we honour grief as a natural and valid response to loss. There’s no timeline, no “right” way to feel, and no single path through it. Whether your grief stems from death, life transitions, or other kinds of loss, your experience is real and worthy of compassion.

We believe:

  • Grief doesn’t need a cure, it needs care.

  • Sharing your story makes grief more bearable.

  • The process can be longer and heavier than anyone expects—and that’s okay.

  • Grief looks different for everyone. There are no rules, and no one gets to tell you how to feel.

  • Crying isn’t the only way to express emotion, and not crying doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.

  • With the right support, everyone has the strength to carry and move through their grief.

Let’s leave the “shoulds” behind and meet your grief with presence, not pressure.
