What Happens After We Receive a Referral

​ We will review the referral and contact the client within 1-2 business days. We can typically book a new client in within one week, depending on the practitioner best suited for the client.

Self-Referral

People can refer themselves at any time. CLICK HERE to book a session.

Urgent and Crisis Care

We are not a crisis service. If there is immediate risk or urgent safety concern, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact your local crisis line. In London and area, you can reach Reach Out at 1-866-933-2023 or visit your nearest emergency department.

Privacy and Consent

Authentic Living London follows Ontario privacy law. We collect and store information in line with PHIPA and PIPEDA requirements. Please ensure the patient is aware of and consents to the referral and to being contacted by our clinic.
